Becuase if you are not from Ireland it's harder to get your personal identity and culture represented and of you are part of the LGBT community it's hard to accept that part of your identity if you don't have a safe space to express it

Students should feel free to express thier personal skills and talents and what makes them special even if it's traditional or part of culture it should still be represented as skill
