Youth Assembly Pulse Survey - School Uniform (Trousers) Bill
Overview
The Education Committee has worked extensively on the issue of school uniforms. They have identified a number of areas where they would like to see the law changed. One of these is the right for all pupils to choose to wear trousers to school. The Committee has brought forward an idea for a new law called a Bill which seeks to allow all pupils to wear trousers at school, so that this becomes a universal right. You can read the Bill here School Uniforms (Trousers) Bill.
