Clause 11 - Supplier levy: supplementary
Clause 11 allows for the Department to make regulations in respect of the levy including allowing the counterparty to specify the form and terms of any financial collateral. The clause will also require the counterparty to exercise its functions in order to ensure collection of all supplier debt and to recover such debt as a civil debt.
