Clause 17 - Further provision in connection with CfDs
Clause 17 allows the Department to make regulations in connection with Contracts for Difference and the form and manner in which anything is permitted or required under this Bill. The clause allows the Department to make regulations so as to specify that which the counterparty is required to do. The clause also allows for regulations whereby the Department can require another body to undertake the role of the system operator in respect of determining the outcome of an allocation round.
