Clause 15 - Information and advice
Clause 15 allows the Department to make regulations around the provision of advice and information by electricity generators, suppliers, the counterparty, the Utility Regulator and system operator. The bodies that can request information are: the Department; the Utility Regulator; the counterparty and the system operator.
