Clause 9 - Allocation: offer to contract on standard terms

Clause 9 requires the counterparty to offer to contract with the relevant electricity generator following receipt of a Contracts for Difference notification in accordance with the specified strike price etc. The clause also allows the Department to make regulations in respect of an offer to contract in terms of timelines etc.
