Clause 7 - Agreements to modify certain standard terms
Clause 7 allows the counterparty and the generator to amend the terms of the Contract for Difference where such a modification is minor and where it was previously designated as amendable. The clause allows the Department to make regulations as to when such modifications will be permitted.
