Clause 8 - Contracts for Difference notifications

Clause 8 requires a notification to be sent to the counterparty, in respect of a Contract for Difference allocation, to the generator, specifying the generator and the strike price. The clause allows the Department to make regulations in respect of the notification content and the circumstances in which it can be issued.
