Clause 10 - Loan participation

Clause 10 is described as allowing for provision where one or more credit unions can participate in a loan, made by another credit union, subject to that credit union’s agreement.

Clause 10 sets out that participation may be for any purpose the participating credit union considers appropriate and, on such security, and terms as the rules of that credit union may provide.
