Housing (Amendment) Bill - Call for Evidence

Overview

The Housing (Amendment) Bill seeks to amend the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 1988 by extending the definition of "threatened with homelessness" from 28 days to 60 days, enabling earlier intervention and support for people at risk of becoming homeless.

The Committee for Communities is seeking views on the proposals contained in the Bill.
