Overview

What is the YACF?

Anyone who applied to be a Youth Assembly Member but was not selected automatically becomes a member of the Youth Assembly Consultation Forum (YACF).

We contact YACF members occasionally to find out what they think about issues that the Youth Assembly is working on and give updates on our work. Importantly, only members of the YACF are eligible to be considered for selection to the Youth Assembly if places become available. Why we need your permission

As your young person is under the age of 13, we need your permission to hold and use their data. This form will take 2 minutes to complete and will ensure that your young person can stay in the YACF.

If we don't recive your permission for your young person to remain in the YACF by the deadline of 30 November, we will remove them from the list
