Draft Good Relations Action Plan 2025-2030
Overview
The Northern Ireland Assembly Commission would like to hear your views on its draft Good Relations Action Plan 2025-2030, which sets out key priorities in promoting Good Relations between people of different religious belief, political opinion or racial group in the work of the Assembly Commission.
Under Section 75(2) of the Northern Ireland Act 1998, the Assembly Commission has a statutory duty ‘to have regard to the desirability of promoting good relations between persons of different religious belief, political opinion or racial group’. The draft Good Relations Action Plan 2025-2030 sets out a number of actions on how the Assembly Commission proposes to fulfil the Good Relations duty in relation to its staff and those who may visit or use Parliament Buildings (either physically or virtually).
Why your views matter
Your views will help shape the Northern Ireland Assembly Commission's Good Relations Disability Action Plan 2025-2030. We want to establish whether the actions which have been included in the draft Good Relations Action Plan 2025-2030 need to be amended or whether there are additional actions that need to be considered.
