A Bill to provide the Department for the Economy with the powers to bring forward regulations to close the Non-Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme.

As part of the Assembly’s normal legislative processes, the RHI (Closure of the Non-domestic Scheme) Bill has been referred to the Assembly’s Committee for the Economy for scrutiny and evaluation.  

The Committee is seeking views from stakeholders on the objectives, proposals and potential consequences of the Bill.
